"On the second day the hottub got cloudy, slippery, and smelled like rotten fish. They made us pay for someone to come and change it. That was after days of calling and someone telling me they would be there the next day and never showing. The master tub jets shot out lots of mold when I turned them on so that was unusable as well. Overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay."

"Cozy and conveniently located in a quiet community close to the national park as. Very clean and organized. Had a good stock of basic amenities, and our family really appreciated all the kitchen equipment and the washer/dryer. The TV in the front room had an issue but it sounded like none of the other guests had notified the property owner about it yet so they didn't know to fix it. "

"Internet was down half the time we were there. TVs were old and couldn’t connect well. Never got to use the tv in the master bedroom due to age of the tv not letting it connect properly. Also the sulfur smell was very bad at times while using water. Other than that it was a good location! "

"The cabin is absolutely beautiful, tucked away in the Smokey Mountains. The only thing we would have loved is to have a bit more comfortable beds. A foam topper would have made a world of difference for our achy backs. Otherwise, the cabin is beautiful, the location is top notch, it has everything we needed to have a very merry Christmas in the Smokey Mountains with our family.
