「This was my third visit to this hotel. It is conveniently located to many shops and is a three to five minute walk to the famous Pigeon Forge Island. 「Nice hotel definitely will be coming back again with my family everyone was nice and helpful we had a balcony room on the 2nd floor nice view and the ducks were awesome our only complaint was the pools were very strong with chemicals but I understand there's alot of people in and out but I feel they may be a Lil strong we swam for about 10 mins and got out me or my son couldn't handle it other then that it was great the room the breakfast all great」

「The shampoo and show soap were empty so we called the desk and they said they would have housekeeping bring them up. Nothing that night. When we arrived back the next evening it was still not filled we called again and about an hour later they brought some up.」

「We loved this stay; everything honestly just fell into place. This was a last-minute trip after the 4th of July. We couldn't have asked for better. Right on the edge of town as soon as you come in. Parking was a breeze, the room was cold, the shower was hot, and the bed was comfy. We even got a small fireworks show from Dollywood around 10 pm while sitting by the pool.
