「員工非常和善，樂於解決我們所有難題。 早餐很豐富美味，值得花一小時慢慢品嚐。 地下室停車場停車位很多。 前面的山景很漂亮。 唯一的缺點是床的舒適性稍差。」

「旅館位置不錯， 房間很大， 早餐還不錯，座位是指定的，但常有人坐錯。 房間暖氣完全無作用，半夜超冷。」

「原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食」

「The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site so that was convenient. Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs.」

「If you want to stay in an older ski lodge kind of hotel with amazing traditional Italian food, very friendly staff and spectacular views, this is the place for you! The hotel has so much character and while not many people work there they are courteous and friendly. 」

「The place was ok. Clean, older, and Ok. The bathrooms had liquid soap and shampoo in a packet and we only received one of them for 2 people. No face clothes, but that is typical for Europe. The beds were low as there is no box spring. No top sheet, just a duvet cover which stinks, but typical now a days. No elevator. The breakfast was also just ok, maybe a 7 on a 1 to 10 scale. Thet offered minimal fresh fruit, a couple cheeses and runny eggs. There were a few donuts, bread and croissants....
