This hotel's location is excellent within walking distance to town center for everything tourists need. But aware there are lots of local festival events take place which could be noisy. Please check with hotel if you'd like to avoid the noisy days.

The stay itself was fine, but the room smelled musty, there was no AC or fan provided so the room got stuffy even with the windows cracked, and there was only 1 pillow per bed. The shower is also tiny and uncomfortable to shower in. The interior decor is dated and could use updating. The breakfast was nice and they had a variety of options so that was good. Parking was tricky, you either got a spot in their lot or had to navigate the small roads with pedestrians crossing to get to another lot.

Our room matched the photos and the hotel description. It was located on the ground floor, but unfortunately there were no security bars on the window. As the temperature was over 30°C on the day of our stay, we couldn't leave the window open while we were away from the room. In addition, the shower drain was clogged. However, the front desk manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He immediately offered us a different room at no extra charge. The new room was larger, in a much better location, and could be ventilated properly. We also received a fan, which made our stay much more comfortable. This was truly excellent customer service. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a great selection of coffee. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for an overnight stop.
