Hotel Figl was in the perfect location of this historically beautiful town. surrounded by amazing shops and bistros, we found it clean, charming and very comfortable! The management was so helpful and friendly!

This charming and comfortable hotel is in the center of the old town. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within steps of the hotel. We used Bolzano as a base for several days of exploring both the city and the Dolomites. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was beautiful and perfectly situated, but it was the staff that truly made the experience exceptional. Arber (Benny) went above and beyond to assist in any way he could. I needed to plan a commute into the mountains—over an hour and a half away—and he took the time to carefully map out the best route for me. When he later found a better option, he didn’t hesitate to call my room and personally deliver the updated directions. Traveling is always an adventure, but it’s the people you meet who can really shape the experience. Arber made my time in Bolzano all the more memorable. Thank you!

Rooms are clean and pleasant. The staff is wonderful, extremely friendly and helpful. They had a wonderful café in front of the hotel that was frequented by locals and tourists alike. Very nice surroundings in the middle of town.

Arber and Shana are super nice! Amiable and professional. Every thing was completely in order. The room and bathrooms are spacious and clean. There was some construction in the street, but no fault of the Hotel. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance.

fabulous position!

VERY central hotel…. clean and comfortable with all facilities you would expect. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Position was excellent…6 minute walk from the train station, just behind the main square, round the corner from the tourist information office, and bang in the middle of the old town…Perfect!!

This hotel is pretty central and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the A/C in my room was really poor. They came and fixed it when I asked about it so it was at least giving out cold air, but it just wasn't strong enough to cool the room with the 90deg F temps outside. They provided a fan too which helped make it tolerable, but definitely not what I would consider A/C temperature in the room.

The hotel itself was cute from the outside and very close to the main square. Staff were very nice. Unfortunately our room did not have a working AC - they said it was working but not very strong and that it would be fine. It wasn’t fine, and we inquired with them if there was any other room we could have with AC. they said they couldn’t do anything more because we booked this room at a discounted rate (because the AC was not good it was discounted?) We specifically chose this hotel because it had AC in its list of amenities. The room was fine otherwise, but it was so hot while we were there it would have been nice to have the heads up so we could have looked for a different room or hotel with working AC. They did provide us with 2 fans but it was still very hot.I’m sure the reviews for other rooms would be good - as otherwise it seemed like a good spot, just wish we could have been notified that there was no AC.

Great hotel and location. Staff are all very helpful. Short walk from train station and in the midst of the pedestrian zone. Nice breakfasts with both inside and outside seating. Meals all day and a nice small bar.
