「1. Overall condition, facilities and service were excellent. 2. Some items have rooms for improvement as follows: - wellness facilities are only from 16:00 to 20:00 which are too short and have no flexibility. - the wellness facilities, except for outdoor spa, should not have swimming suit. It is extremely embarrassing to have sauna with naked men. We saw many naked men walked everywhere in wellness centre that were terrible and embarrassing!! All we can do was to wait until all men gone then...

「Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed a welcome comfort after some nights on very hard mattresses, and the bathroom spacious and luxurious. We recommend the full pensione. 「Such a wonderful place! It’s so clean, very well taken care of and you can tell they care a lot. The room was so cute, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. We don’t get to enjoy the sauna or hot tub, but it looked wonderful! It’s in a great part of town with very easy access to Ortisei via a bus stop right down the street. The room also comes with free bus passes to get around. The breakfast in the morning was great! Plenty of options and a coffee...
