"Excellent hotel with a walled garden area that protects it from the noisy road. Get the half board option- both the breakfast and dinner were excellent. We wished we had planned to stay longer than one night."

"We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working there. Breakfast was really good and genuine of the area. Top quality and had a real focus on good healthy food. The only downside is there is no air-con in the room which can be tricky in warmer nights. Maybe some mosquito nets so you can have the door open at night? We will 100% be coming back in the future!"

"My partner and I stayed here for our dolomites leg of our trip and we cannot recommend staying here more! It was in a great location, just outside of Ortisei, where we did the Seceda Ridge walk and Alpe di Siusi hikes and went for dinner every night. We had a rental car but they will give you free bus passes if you don’t. The wellness area was very nice to take advantage of after long days of hiking as well. The rooms are newer, very clean, and have a stunning view with a balcony. If you’re looking for a more affordable option for staying around Ortisei, we would highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows. The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, although not exceptional. Hot options included omelets and boiled eggs. There was a wide selection of cereals, muesli, and granola, but the choice of vegetables for making a salad was somewhat limited. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool on the fourth floor, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. A few minor drawbacks: the Wi‑Fi signal in our room was extremely weak, and I ended up using mobile data most of the time. I reported the issue at reception, and although I was told it would be fixed, I did not notice any improvement. Also, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, which meant going downstairs whenever we needed assistance. Finally, our room was at ground level, and everyone walking to and from the parking area passed directly by our windows. This reduced privacy considerably and forced us to keep the curtains closed most of the time."

"This was such an adorable little hotel in a cute little town! The rooms were excellent and felt so cozy. The bathrooms were spacious and large enough to accommodate larger individuals. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We opted to eat in the restaurant for dinner and were quite happy with the food and especially the dessert assortment, which was a tower of several desserts!! Stay here! Enjoy the small town and the people here!!"
