「We stayed at the hotel in connection with the MilanoCortina 2026 Olympic Games. We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. Marlis (the hotel owner) was incredibly kind and helpful. On a scale from 1 to 10, we would give a strong 10.」

「This was such an adorable little hotel in a cute little town! The rooms were excellent and felt so cozy. The bathrooms were spacious and large enough to accommodate larger individuals. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We opted to eat in the restaurant for dinner and were quite happy with the food and especially the dessert assortment, which was a tower of several desserts!! Stay here! Enjoy the small town and the people here!!」

「Short drive (<30 minutes) to Seiser Alm or Ortesei for ski. Lovely view. Good for relaxing; quiet tiny village. Service staff were excellent. My favorite breakfast, so I will try to come back just for that! 」

「這間是我們住山區, 價錢最貴的一間酒店, 因為我們住有自己sauna room的房 酒店包三餐, 全部是自助餐, 所有食物質素非常高, 也有welcome drinks可以飲兩杯酒 我們食飯時認識了一對來自比利時的夫婦, 他們已經住了這間酒店七至八次, 也好奇我們為何找到這間酒店, 因為他們認為是區內最好的 附近所有公共交通工具, 巴士票及火車票, 只要是酒店住客就是免費的, 而比利時夫婦也告訴我們, 住這間酒店, 租用單車也是免費的, 可以在附近山頭踩單車(E-bike), 所以, 斜路幅度很大的山頭也是沒有問題的」

「Tutto ottimo. Spa bellissima. Piscina top. Ristorante eccellente (unica pecca la scarsa disponibilita’ nel menu per bimbi piccoli). Avevamo una suite stupenda e comodissima nell’ala nuova. A voler essere pignoli me l’aspettavo piu’ insonorizzata. Comunque 9,5/10」

「Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. 「One of the best states of our lives. Everything was new and impeccable. Very quiet and relaxing and state of the yard technology, but old world class and service. Definitely coming back. Family that owns and runs hotel is fantastic. Location is incredible with short walks to three different gondolas or train lifts to go hiking and eat at restaurants. Front desk organize superb E bike tour.」
