"Service everywhere in the hotel was amazing (check in, bar, breakfast, dinner, patio aperitivo). Rooms were clean and comfortable, but could hear a lot of noise from the room above us at night. Location was great with shops and hikes within walking distance, but away from the bigger crowds in Ortisei."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arkadia. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms that make you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The pool overlooking the stunning mountain scenery is simply amazing, and the spa is a perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality products. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The only downside is that, like many hotels in the area, there is no air conditioning. During particularly warm summer nights, sleeping can be a bit uncomfortable. We also felt that the hotel's dinner, while good, did not offer enough value to justify its price. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with beautiful facilities, outstanding service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We would happily stay here again."
