"Great hotel, ideally located within an hour's drive of the main Dolomites hotspots. The food was excellent, including the evening meal choices, which were well worth the extra for half board. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, with a special mention for Leo, the waiter in the restaurant, who looked after me during my meals. He was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious for a single occupant, spotlessly clean, and had incredible views from the balcony. A mini fridge would have been a nice addition for storing supplies ahead of days out. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely book again."

"what an amazing new hotel. it is beautifully detailed in every way--spa and pool facilities are the coolest we've ever seen. breakfast was good, restaurant was good, but quite a limited menu for your main courses we felt. only ate dinner there two nights because of this. staff is AMAZING. loved the architecture and every design detail from the lobby to the rooms etc. the biggest down side is they don't have airconditioning or even ceiling fans so you have to sleep with your patio door open. they don't have screens, we did get bees in our room. it's also bright from outside lights (have to leave the curtains open to catch any breeze) and noisy--every outside sound comes straight into your room. so even though the beds, linens, etc were wonderful, we never slept well any of the 4 nights we were there. it sounds like they are looking at installing air conditioning, but if you stay in the summer beware."

"I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. This was definitely a bit of a splurge for us as part of our honeymoon, and we were a little nervous about spending so much on a hotel stay. However, both of us agreed that this hotel not only met, but EXCEEDED every expectation and was 1,000% worth every penny. From the staff to the breakfast to the location, you truly cannot go wrong. The hotel is located right in the middle of downtown Canazei. You have incredible access to cable cars, shops, restaurants, cafes, you name it. The spa was incredible. The panoramic sauna was perhaps one of the most unique and gorgeous spa experiences I have ever had. It was such a treat to come back from a long day in the mountains to such an incredible wellness experience. I've read a ton about some of the high end spas in the Dolomites that cost substantially more than this one, and honestly, I'm not sure how they can exceed this. The pool was gorgeous and looked right out on the mountains. Our room was massive and I got to sleep on one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. If I can figure out what bed it was, I would genuinely purchase it for myself. The bathroom was outstanding and our room also included a soaking tub, which was lovely. We also had 360 views out to the town and the mountains. You genuinely CANNOT go wrong with this hotel. It's unbelievable. A combination of charming town, mountain vibes, and wellness all packaged into one."
