「We loved Alberto Alla Rosa and Canazei! We stayed in the eastern and Western Dolomites, and Lake Garda…. This was the best of it all. 「 Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. 「The mountain view from our room was spectacular! The entire hotel had an elevated cozy feel to it with newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms. They offered a full breakfast with delicious options and even an afternoon snack with beautiful sandwiches and pastries- incredible. Diago had fine wine and drink options in the evening and made a great cafe latte macchiato! With respect to staff this hotel exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car broke down...

「Un “pequeño” gran hotel . El mejor staff que he conocido, desde Danielle el gerente que hizo mucho más que cualquier otro gerente de hotel por ayudarnos … hasta la gente de bar y restoranes. El SPA es excelente, la comida del restaurante excelente también . Máximo nos atendió como reyes en el desayuno y en la cena Irene hizo que su profesionalismo y amabilidad mejoraran aún más la calidad de la comida. Sin duda nuestra casa en cortina en adelante .」
