「We loved staying at this hotel. It’s a 25 minute drive from Cortina city but the location is very lovely and quaint. The staff (servers especially) are wonderful and my husband said the pizza was the best he had in Italy (we ate pizza every day for 2 weeks). They offer gelato and there’s a cold spring water fountain across the road from the hotel, but if you’re anticipating wanting other snacks, best to pick up when you’re in a bigger town / before you head back to hotel.」

It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. 「We stayed at TH Corvara to ski at Dolomiti Superski. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. The ski room with heated racks was terrific for drying out our ski boots. They had a shuttle to the gondola, and a decent pool. We didn’t use their spa. The food was great. It’s a good place to start the Sella Ronda. The facilities were a little worn in places and the music did carry up to the rooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use the hotel again.」
