「Servizio sicuramente migliorabile per il tipo di struttura in particolare nel ristorante. Per accedere alle stanze che danno sul giardino è presente una zona con muffa sul muro con acqua che cola dal soffitto. Sicuramente si trova di meglio in zona allo stesso prezzo. Per il resto belle piscine in particolare quella sul tetto con vista sulla vallata. Peccato perché la struttura di per se sarebbe molto bella, manca una gestione attenta, sembra che ognuno si autogestisca senza una regia. 」

「A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. 」

「A genuinely fantastic experience and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The service throughout was impeccable. The room was wonderful and spacious with fresh towels each day. The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.」
