One level is textile-free (European-style), the other is family-friendly with swimwear. After days of sightseeing and traveling, being able to unwind in the sauna with mountain views was incredible. This hotel strikes the perfect balance of city access and alpine relaxation. Whether you’re visiting Innsbruck for the adventure or the atmosphere, this place nails it. Highly recommend."

"We only stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is central to the train station, close enough to the city centre and amenities. The apartment was clean , spacious with a small kitchenette and a above average mini fridge. We loved the moka and they even provided ground coffee!! Self service towels etc was a plus but the access to their washing machine was the massive bonus. Everything is provided here! It was a nice break from hotels used in the past weeks. Communication was fast with responses provided quickly. Check in information was detailed and accurate. We arrived early before check in time and were able to access our room. Thank you Urban inn."
