"This hotel is amazing. The decor is unique and Mozart themed, the rooms are clean and beds comfy, there are balconies in most rooms with a view of the mountains, and it is right in the main old town area. I also requested an early check in due to plans we had later in the day, and they were very accommodating and even brought us a welcome coffee and pastry while our room got cleaned. There is also a rooftop bar and breakfast with a great view of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Absolutely position A for Innsbruck. Right in the heart of the old town but very quiet and peaceful. Staff were all lovely and helpful and the rooms clean and modern. One minor issue was that the windows could do with heavier blackout material as our room facing the back let a lot of light in all night from the shopping centre at behind the hotel. They were a bit sparing with the in room drinks, we only had 1 coffee but overall this was a great stay and highly recommended."
