"This hotel has great location and very friendly staff. It's in the city's pedestrian only area which is part of old town. But public parking is only two-minute walking. We had no problem with parking at all. This hotel is convenient to many major attractions and shops/restaurants. Truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel."

"Great location to restaurants and old town Innsbruck. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Blackout shades were appreciated! Room was small and the elevated area around the bed and facilities were a bit of a trip hazard for us."

"Really easy walk from the train station and into Aldstadt. Helpful staff checked us in early and held our bags on day of departure. Comfy beds, good shower, clean room, small fridge. Would definitely stay here again."
