Penz Hotel West is conveniently located near the airport, and also adjacent to the public bus network. Moreover, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and to highlight the staff is super friendly, and the breakfast spread is delightful. It is always awesome to stay at Penz Hotel West.

It was located close to the airport. Hotel was clean and safe! Staff was friendly and helpful! Love our stay! Would stay there again! Breakfast was really good! Sat outside and enjoyed the views.

Fabulous Hotel

Lovely hotel, every member of staff I encountered was exceptionally polite and friendly, dinner and breakfast were fabulous and the proximity to the airport meant it genuinely was a lovely one minute stroll from the hotel to the check-in desks.

Liz at reception was great and really helped us when we arrived early. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the 2 men running the restaurant in the evening. The food there was exceptional. My only issue with the room, was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities, but apart from that it's was excellent and a 5 minute walk from Innsbruck Airport.

Excellent overnight stop

Very nice family run hotel. An unusual combo so near to an airport. Restaurant served good food from a fairly basic menu. Staff were all friendly and obliging, allowing a late checkout free of charge. I could highly recommend this hotel

I had a short overnight stay with an early flight the next day. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. I think you'll be very content with a stay here. It's a short, easy walk to the main terminal at Innsbruck.

Very nice hotel - away from the old part of town but in a quiet area and only a few minutes walk from the airport. Hotel employees were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Room was fine and clean with comfortable beds. The views of the mountains at sunrise and sunset are quite stunning. All in all, a good standard hotel and a great location for getting into the Tirol and Italy.

Penz Hotel West was a perfect place to stay to board an early flight. It is a short walk, 5 minutes, to the terminal. The dining room facility is beautiful and the food there is fabulous.

Overall excellent stay. Only a 5 minute walk from the airport and right beside a bus station to downtown. Hotel staff are all very friendly and accommodating! Will take the time to help you with plans in the city and mountains. Room was excellent as well.

A Good Hotel

Met at reception by a charming and smiling receptionist who quickly checked us in. Our room is spacious and has all the amenities you would expect.The only criticism would be the lack of tea/coffee making facilities. I would highly recomend this hotel.

This was such a lovely hotel - especially for an airport hotel. Lovely modern amenities and a spacious room. Not sure there was much going on in bar or restaurant, but that didn’t bother me. An easy 5 minute walk to the airport, and it you are coming from the city, a €3 bus ride on the F line drops you off across the road. Too easy.

The room was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very convenient for the airport. The free bus pass into town was also a nice touch. The breakfast was rather expensive at Euro20 and a minor issue: the bathroom extractor was ineffective. However, I would choose to stay again.

Nice Clean hotel

We stayed one night at the hotel, our room was clean and spacious with clean and nice bathroom/toilet. Cleanliness is very important to us and this hotel lived fully up to our standard. Nice breakfast with different choices, you can ask for boiled egg or an omelette prepared for you, there was fresh fruit, different cereals, chees, and some sweet choices as well. Free parking space is close and with plenty of parking spaces. The city is around 10-15 min drive or you can take a but from outside of the hotel. All in all a good experience and will definitely stay here again.

I needed a hotel near the airport as I was renting a car, and in that sense the location was perfect. The area was very quiet even though it was near the airport -- didn't get to hear much airplane noise. I arrived in the early morning just to drop luggage and I was lucky that I was allowed an early check-in. The staff was really kind and helping! It was convenient that it has a big parking lot for guests. The bathroom was a bit an old style, but everything was clean and neat. Breakfast starts a bit late at 7am that I had to miss it for two times due to my schedule. However, upon check-out a staff told me that the breakfast was ready and I could use it even though it was a bit before 7.

The staff were excellent - extremely helpful. We arrived around 11am with our luggage and 8 month old the day before our flight out of Innsbruck. They had us checked in with a cot set up within 15mins so we were able to relax straight away.
