「Great stay nice hotel room. The neighborhood is not the best but the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. Bed was nice AC worked fine hot water was good. My visit was nice n I would go back and stay. 」

「有訂早餐,但客服人員卻表示沒有含早餐,後來還要自己寫信給飯店,但已經損失了一天的早餐,雖然後來從免稅店選了禮物,但價值並不相當,亦難補缺失」

「Free shuttle bus from JFK airport to the hotel, free breakfast, two free bottles of water after check in. Staff are nice and considerate. Clean and tidy room. 」

「Excellent hotel, my only concern is that the neighborhood surrounding the hotel, don't feel safe to walk alone especially at night. Except that, first choice to stay in Queens. Few minutes walk to the subway and easy to access Manhattan. Room is quite clean, breakfast is satisfying enough. Staff are really friendly.」

「They serve a good breakfast. But the guest room seems a bit too small and not exciting at all. 」

「It seems hotel allow pets to stay we did hear dog barking in the midnight that is headache noise」
