Check in was a little long & there was no a/c - unless you stayed in a basement room. Personally I am usually cold in hotels so taking the room with a discount was fine to me. They had a fan & the room was huge & beautiful. It was a little loud at night (fan came in handy) & I’m not sure if the area is safe to roam around but convenient for ubers & near subway. Overall it was a nice place in brooklyn for a good price.

they had no AC working and didn’t say anything prior to booking. The room looked very un-maintained. The cabinet that was meant for the fridge had the fridge missing. There was a spider web in the corner of the room. It was just bad.

No AC, we were informed as we checked in. Got out of the shower and there were no towels at all in the room, had to wait 35 minutes for clean towels, which were stained and had bad smell. Room floor was dirty

Hotel its self was fine rooms were big. Poor up keep. Sofa in my room was NASTY. Linen was stained. Wasn't provided any towels which was fine cause my friend ended up going to purchase cause they were nasty with stains. Water in shower up to your ankles cause drain didn't work properly. Hotel has potential just needs to be properly cleaned. Maybe staffing is low.

DO NOT stay here. Don't be fooled by the seemingly nice photos in the previews. We actually didn't even end up staying here because the room had no air conditioning and was totally gross. When we arrived for check in it took over an hour for the room to be ready, only to find out it was completely unacceptable inside. The mattress didn't even have a fitted sheet on it. The room had to have been 85 degrees I don't know why it was so hot. We left and now expedia won't refund us because the hotel apparently won't answer them to prove that we didn't stay.
