「Good location near Seattle Airport with free shuttle service (we had no problems with the shuttle nor communication about it). Located 15 minutes from Sea Tac. Room was comfortable and clean, slightly dated. Beds and pillows were fine. Front desk check in and check out was efficient and pleasant. By car, if coming to the hotel from the airport, is a bit confusing unless you use the rear (parking lot) entrance. Parking is free. This is a large hotel in an area with a variety of restaurants...

「We had a great stay overall. My only issues were the carpet in the room could benefit from a professional cleaning as there were stains and the beds were hard and the pillows were flat. Not the most comfortable sleep but the room was clean and staff was fantastic. 」

「Each room and floor was unique. The fireplace area is a vibe. The bars on each floor are just amazing and the staff and security goes out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The elevator was out when we checked in and was repaired by the following morning. You really need to stay and try a package or stay when there is a show. And wander in your bathrobe. That's my favorite part! 」
