「Clean and great service」

「This is an older but well maintained hotel right in the heart of downtown Enumclaw. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, check in was quick, my room was quite clean and the bed comfy.」

「They have suites with three beds in 2 seprate rooms which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely come back again.」

「最棒的是早餐，用餐时间到早上十一点半，十几款餐即点即做，完全可以抵上一个午餐，服务人员态度也很好。房间宽敞舒适，唯一不太好的就是洗手间有下水道的异味，要通风半个小时后才没有味道。另外从西雅图市区开过去要经过一座收费的桥，每次通行6刀。但考虑到早餐整体性价比还是不错的」

「It was an unexpected trip for a family emergency and looking for the cheapest hotel. The wifi did not work and the overall cleanliness was lacking.」

「This place is horrible. NO HOT WATER for two days straight. Couldn't use the hot tub or pool because they allowed a large "party" to take place. Adults and children eating and drinking in the pool area which it clearly states "no eating or drinking in the pool area' Manager was rude. Staff was as helpful as they could be but are clearly underpaid and understaffed. It's "pet friendly" but only in the sense that you can have pets there. However, there was NO WHERE to take my dogs out for potty...

「Room smelled so bad of dog urine I couldn't stay. The ammonia was insane! And the heat/ac had a broken knob for the temp therefore unusable. By far the worst place I have ever tried to stay at」

「The bathroom smelled quite sour, the walls cary a lot of sound from adjacent rooms and outside. Breakfast was decent, parking was quite simple to work with.」

「The rooms are clean and well appointed. Pool/hot tub are well maintained and the gym had plenty of equipment. Breakfast was high quality and had lots of variety, especially if you stay for more than one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. 」

「We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care...

「We had an amazing stay in the new clean and quiet hotel! The staff was super great and very helpful the whole time! Hotel is very clean and the surrounding area is quiet as well! We were some of the first guests so it’s a brand new! The only suggestion I’d make is curtains over the blinds since it blocks no light in the mornings. Other than that it was perfect for our stay!」
