「It's getting worse each time. The staff is never at the front desk and we waste so much time waiting to be checked in/checked out. At the very least they need to add a secure key drop box and a bell to call attention. I appreciate the dog-friendliness/ policies and the rooms have everything we need. If the staff was more present it would be a higher rating. 」

「They have suites with three beds in 2 seprate rooms which made our stay comfortable and wonderful. Definitely come back again.」

「They over booked the room that we paid for. I booked a room with a jet tub as my fiancé ran a spartan race and i knew that he would be sore. He looked forward to it the whole drive to the hotel. When we checked in they said because we booked through expedia they overbooked the jet tub room and "upgraded" us to a "suit" which was just a room with a living room attached the tv didnt work in the living room part and the ac in both rooms didnt work. Maintenance came and fixed the one in the room but...

「Room smelled so bad of dog urine I couldn't stay. The ammonia was insane! And the heat/ac had a broken knob for the temp therefore unusable. By far the worst place I have ever tried to stay at」

「We are the customers checking staying in this hotel. The experience is very unsatisfactory and unhappy. There were insects in room, stain on the carpet, phone, alarm, hair dryer, they were all no function. There were hair clip, bottle caps left in room from other customers stayed before. When asking for room cleaning, nothing happened even I came to the front desk reiterating our demand. It is unbelievable and unacceptable. The worst and terrible hotel we have ever stayed. They don't care...

「最棒的是早餐，用餐时间到早上十一点半，十几款餐即点即做，完全可以抵上一个午餐，服务人员态度也很好。房间宽敞舒适，唯一不太好的就是洗手间有下水道的异味，要通风半个小时后才没有味道。另外从西雅图市区开过去要经过一座收费的桥，每次通行6刀。但考虑到早餐整体性价比还是不错的」

「The bathroom smelled quite sour, the walls cary a lot of sound from adjacent rooms and outside. Breakfast was decent, parking was quite simple to work with.」

「Our room was clean and this is so close to the light rail. The Bistros food was ok, coffee I didn’t care for, the good thing is there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. All in All it was a good stay. I will stay there again next year.」
