The staff were pretty alright. Outlets in room were all loose, not mounted well, it would not hold plugs secured. Room was clean and continental breakfast wasn’t anything great. I had better honestly. We ate elsewhere, sadly.

Very disappointing stay. The room and bathroom were not clean. We found a cockroach in the room/bathroom area, and the bedsheet had what appeared to be dried blood and several dirty spots. The coffee machine in the room was also broken from the beginning. We reported it to the staff, but no action was taken. My son was sick that night and needed to drink a lot of water and use the bathroom frequently. Because of the cockroach issue, we asked the front desk if we could move to another room, but they refused. As a result, my son stayed up almost the entire night and had to use the bathroom in the hallway outside the room. The next morning, we showed the front desk photos and videos of the problems and requested a full refund, but they also refused. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience, especially because we were traveling with a sick child.
