「First time ever to stay at the hotel, where the kiosk is also the check-in counter as also the concierge 😅😂 The guy at the kiosk is extremely helpful! 👍 The free shuttle service to airport and nearby light rail station was very nice too! Very few and limited selection at breakfast. Those plastic cutleries were so environmental unfriendly and contradictory to the “sustainable” hotel theme! 」

「Call shuttle from SeaTac airport, the front counter said 10 minutes but we wait for 40 minutes and there is no shuttle bus coming, finally we took Uber to go to hotel then found the shuttle was there in front of hotel, when we check it I heard from another counter people call shuttle to pick up 2 people and another Mr. Chen 2 peoples, so totally 4 peoples, this was really bad service and like cheating customers, if I stupid that I will stay in SeaTac airport to wait for another 40 minuites, this...

「I was sick for the two weeks prior to my trip and was very weak. I called the morning of my arrival and asked to have a room on the first floor and explained my reason. They put me in the very first room by the door, so the walk from my car to my room was only about 50 feet. It seems like a small thing, but it made a huge difference in my stay. The staff was great, the room was nice, breakfast was good and the hot tub was wonderful! Oh, and fresh cookies 7-8pm were a delightful surprise!」
