It was a perfect place to stay for a concert. The train wasn’t super loud but they have ear plugs for you if you are a light sleeper.

Nice clean hotel. Only draw back is the rail yard across the road. Didn't bother us, but might be an issue for sound sensitive individuals. Daytime desk manager was very very helpful.

No complaints about the property, rooms were clean, staff was incredibly friendly, the only thing was the noise from the nearby trains, but even that wasn’t too bad, and the staff did offer (completely unprompted) complimentary ear plugs and white noise machines. Over a great stay.

From the lobby to the room and beyond, everything was so clean. Check in went smoothly and the lady at the front desk explained everything we needed to know to have a good stay. Happy Hour had delicious snacks for free and we got 2 free drink tickets included with the room. The hallway was quiet at night and I slept like a rock. The Dove brand toiletries provided in the room were very high quality. The towels and bedding all smelled fresh. Even the pillows! Breakfast was amazing. There were so many delicious options of all kinds. The breakfast attendant was working so hard and made sure everything stayed clean and stocked. The freshly ground coffee made to order by the coffee machine was flavorful and very powerful. The tap water from the bathroom sink was clean and good for drinking. Checkout was a breeze and my security deposit was refunded immediately after checking out. I most definitely have a new favorite hotel in Auburn!!
