"Do not stay here! Had a 3 night stay here and all of a sudden I got a call right before my flight and was asked if I can check in by 8 Pm and told them I didn’t get in until 8:30Pm. I was told I couldn’t check in and would have to check in the next day. Told them I wasn’t aware of that and had to get another room for 1 night and spend more. $! I’ve never heard of a place making you check in before 8 PM or you can’t check in… Then checked in for the other 2 days, and there were ants in my room. They gave me a room on the 2nd level and was told there shouldn’t be ants but there was! Was told they’ve continued to spray for ants but are still around…. I woke up with several bites and got the pics to prove it! I travel all the time and this is by FAR the Worst experience! I asked for my money back for the 1st night and they wouldn’t give it to me. Very disappointed in Expedia for even doing business with this hotel and for not even trying to work with me either and give me my money back for the 1st night. Lastly, BEWARE, they are turning this “Hotel” into a long term housing place and squeezing every penny they can out of people. So disappointed in Expedia! Been loyal to Expedia, no more! "

"The start was a bit tough when our room request due to handicap and service dog was not met. Dianne at the desk the next morning got us moved into a wonderful room that met our needs. She also covered our parking as a we're sorry. The facility is nice, clean, and I can't say enough about the staff. I would recommend staying here to anybody. "

"Expedia lied and said their costs included all fees and taxes, but at check in, the front desk charged another $66 for parking!! :( The fridge in the room was missing the entire bottom shelf, took the staff over 24 hours to fix that. The hotel is proudly "pet friendly" - and there was a pet urine stain on the carpet in front of the couch in my room. I complained to the staff multiple times but no one ever came to clean it in the 5 days I was there. The back entrance to the main floor of the hotel had piles of dog poop everywhere in the grass and even onto the sidewalks. Housekeeping staff left an old, dirty, damp dish cleaning sponge under the sink and I had to ask twice to get a new one."

"Room was basic you can tell it needs updating. Some of the lamps had some small dark spots on it I hope it wasn’t bed bugs I took pictures. The bathroom looked dirty almost like they didn’t even change out the toilet paper roll it looked used. They had 3 elevators and 2 of them were down so it took about 10 minutes for the elevator to come for us. During check out it was even worse. The breakfast was maybe a 5/10 the eggs seemed undercooked and the rest of the breakfast was just mediocre. I think this will be the last time we stay here I would rather pay more for something nicer."

"Very clean, and in a good area. We really enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable and quiet. The only downside I could see for people is it is very minimally stocked for soap for the shower and minimal dishes so come prepared! It is basically an empty apartment with a bed and a couple of chairs. However I would come back if I was in the area!"
