The pillows were flat and flimsy, and the provided toiletries were empty upon arrival. Even the microwave was unusually loud when in use. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed—we could clearly hear our neighbors arguing through the walls. I expected a higher standard of comfort and quality for the price and brand reputation, but this stay did not meet those expectations. "
