「The staff was very cordial, very helpful when I asked about getting a hairdresser nearby. The check in staff took the initiative to look for one online and I was able to get an appointment shortly afterwards. I would have liked for there to be a closer smoking section outside the hotel room. Would recommend for convenience. 」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「We arrived out first day super late at around 12 midnight and they had our room ready for us. Hotel lobby smelled realllyyyy good and was very spacious. Had a very nice bar available. All the front desk attendants over the days were very nice and helpful. It was probably one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever been in. The room smelled super clean, nothing to compliant or point out at all. The breakfast was also pretty good, they had eggs, bacon/ham, waffles/french toast,milk with dairy, non dairy...
