The room was filthy. There was food left in the drawer. There was hair left under the bed. The bathroom had mold. The bathtub was peeling. The towels were not clean. The carpet was sticky. There was bodily fluids all over the curtains that was visible. I would not recommend pets stay at this hotel and housekeeping did not come into the room not one day and we were there for a week. we literally cleaned our own room, pull the trash and everything every day.

Breakfast was not stocked 2 times I went. Also didn’t have enough towels in the bathroom. Asked 3 times for towels and never received them. Also booked for 5 people and didn’t have room for 5 people. 2 full beds that was it!! I want my money back

It was plenty of wrong but it was an old room that needed painting more cleaning the staff did not have extra pillows or blankets the breakfast was not great it was so and so but the price was okay

Had bed bugs. Had to change rooms. Would’ve left but it was the st Patrick’s day parade weekend and there was no where else with available rooms. The property says non smoking but the room they tried to put me in smelled like straight smoke. One hallway smells like rotten fish. Staff isn’t awful, they’re trying it seems but the hotel is gross and outdated. Rooms aren’t clean. There was a fight in the lobby our first night there because someone cut the line to complain about roaches. Parking lot reeks of weed.

We didn’t not have enough towels and had to buy some for the local store. Staff initially only out one set KNOWING the room was booked for two guest. The hotel also reeked of urine, possibly due to the pet friendly policy. I do appreciate the fact that o didn’t see any bugs and the breakfast was typical hotel breakfast no complaints there. This should be an emergency booking only.

This place is very poorly managed and very dirty. The carpet in the hallway just down from our room was wet for some reason. It appeared to have come out of a nearby room. The two of the towels in the bathroom were damp and one appeared to have been used to remove makeup. The shower head leaked from every direction when you used it. The whole place, not just the rooms, was poorly cleaned. The beds that were sold as queens were only doubles. The whole building smelled musty. I've stayed in worse hotels, but this one is quite far down there.

The front desk staff was excellent however the facility was only fair. TVs did not work, telephones did not work, and there were paint chips and spots on the bathroom floors. I chose La Quinta because of previous experience with several of La Quinta locations across the country, but this one needs an overhaul. It is not up to previous standards. I did not have any contact with housekeeping. As stated the desk staff are an asset but as the saying goes, they’re doing the best they can with what they have to work with.

We walked into the lobby and looked for the bell hop. There was no bellhop, so we looked for the cart to move our luggage from our van to our rooms. The cart had flat tires. No one seemed to be happy to receive us or eager to help us in anyway, shape or form. Finally, we catch the elevator, which is so glitchy the buttons don’t work and it jumps really bad whenever it gets to your floor or the lobby - we get our rooms and the smell when you get to the third floor was so disgusting like a bad stench of smoke and dirty feet. We walk into our room and the carpet which looks like it’s been recently replaced still smelled like urine. I walked into the bathroom and was completely disgusted to see dirty, shower curtains, doors with dirty handprints, everywhere soap, scum, and grime all over the bar soap holder, and our bathtub felt like a water bed. It was completely filled with water, making me so dizzy. Every time I needed to use the shower. They also are so stingy with the towels, I put down that I was staying with my family of four and they only left two towels in the room when I called to try to get more towels. They kept telling me that they didn’t have any that’s ridiculous. Why do you even ask how many people are going to stay in the room if it doesn’t matter how many towels you will leave. This should be a less resort stay. I honestly would never stay here again.
