「Staff was super friendly and helpful. Carpet in room had a sticky area, brought it their attention and it was cleaned before we returned. Ice machine and water fountains need a good scrubbing to get rid of mold and hard water build up. Carpets (in room and hallways) all need to be deep cleaned and or replaced. Breakfast was hot with many options. However they only had decaf coffee available.」

「We arrived at the hotel very late and discovered after checking in that the bed linen hadn't been changed. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a different room.」

「The property is quite nice as you can get a wonderful view of the lake and see a lot of birds flying around if you’re an animal lover. My only complaint is that the air conditioning units in the room are pretty loud as is a bit hard to hear the tv when it turns on every 10 or so minutes.」

「We had a great 2 day stay for a wedding. The Governor had ample space, 2 bd 2 bath. So clean. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to everything in downtown Lake Geneva ... perfect!」
