「Great staff!」

「I stayed with my wife for transiting to Washington airport (DCA). I need the shuttle bus service from hotel to DCA. I asked the staff, lady looks like African American, at/about 9:30am on 4th Dec. if I have to reserve the shuttle. She say , yes, and when I need the shuttle service? I answered about noon. She answered, "no problem". Unfortunately, when we checked out at noon, she say, sorry, no more shuttle before 3:00pm. Finally, we have to take taxi to DCA, and costed me US$30. Poor experience...

「Love staying here. Only issue was phone in room did not work and they couldn’t accommodate late checkout. Otherwise my stay was great.」

「The property was beautiful the only problem I have is it’s pet friendly and i was woken up at 6:15 am by barking I fill that hotel should have a section of the hotel with pets other than that I can’t complain 」
