Our initial room had main door knob issues as well as a faulty shower knob. We were switched rooms pretty quickly, so we were grateful for that, at least.
The pool was not in the hotel. You had to go to the Residence Inn, a neighboring hotel, and check in their front desk to get a card for their hotel access to use their pool and gym.
The Courtyard Marriott did not have breakfast unless you bought it at the Bistro. The Bistro was out of what we asked to order 3 separate times and we even went so far as to go get the lemon juice from Walmart ourselves so that a single drink could be made.
The Bistro also was closed the entire Saturday afternoon.
Our 6 month old ended up getting her finger cut open and we went to the front desk for bandaids/first aid supplies. Even with us and the baby covered in blood standing in the lobby, the front desk could only find a few bandaids and some alcohol pads, as their first aid kits were not well stocked. This was after 15 minutes and two first aid kits, to receive that.
The cut was no fault of the hotel, but the response time for supplies was astounding.
Overall, we might as well have stayed at the neighboring Residence Inn so we were in the hotel with the shared amenities and would have had the continental breakfast as well.
