「The stay overall was great! The hotel is old as it’s a renovated former convent, but the renovation was done tastefully, keeping a lot of the original character. The continental breakfast was delicious. Staff was great, very friendly. Upon check in our room AC was broken and were in a rush headed to dinner, the hostess gave us keys as we were out the door for reservations. When we got back she was gone & we swapped rooms and returned the other keys back to the desk. I asked her name but can’t...

「I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere....
