「My first time walking into the hotel I was stunned by the beautiful of the space! Absolutely clean and minimal aesthetic is so refreshing. The complimentary is always love to experience - a lovely variety of breakfast items, snacks, cereals, drinks etc. The pool is quite nice as well, always kept clean and well maintained. The only thing was the housekeeping that disappointed me - I would be gone for hours from morning until late afternoon and I'd come back to my room and it was never cleaned no...

「Overall, the service was good, but the hotel safe couldn't be opened on the last two days. I asked the staff three times, and they made me wait in the room the whole time without solving the problem, wasting a whole day of my vacation.
