"Our overall experience was pleasant and we will certainly consider coming back again. The buffet breakfast provided lots of options. The pool area was clean and lifeguards were attentive. There were two occasions where the pool area was rowdy, out of the '9 days we were there but management was great at handling conflicts. Living rooms were clean, and provided variety of towels, tissue, two conditioners to shampoos and two soaps. Also there is a gift shop/store on the property that was open late...

"This is a nice hotel. I didn’t get to see much of the amenities because I was never there. The reason I marked it down a little was just the stupid resort fees they charge. Just set the price and get rid of the resort fee."

"An amazing property with beautiful grounds and scenery. The staff was very friendly and professional at all times. Only reason for a 4 on cleanliness is because they new clean most outdoor area ceilings. I think it’s due ;)"

"I've been visiting this property for more than 4 years and have always been happy...this visit with the waterpark area was a little disappointing....having to sign out pool towels was ridiculous. We had 6 in our group and we were only allowed 4 towels....Really? Miss the Liki Tiki!!"

"This experience has exceeded my expectations. This hotel was not like the usual smoke ridden inns which has the occasional bug leisurely dashing across the walls/floorings. It was clean, smelled great, welcoming atmosphere, minuets away from anything you'll ever need and they provided a complimentary crib for my little one. My only issues included the lackluster comfort of the mattress and that there were a few stains on the sheets and rags. "

"Staff is very friendly and nice. Property needs updating. The rooms had a particular old smell to them. But front desk ladies were out of their way great to deal with."
