"The property was nice. The shuttle service was very prompt. Checking in took forever. It is a very busy hotel with lots of people."

"This is one of our go to spots. It's been a couple of years since our last visit. The room was really clean. The staff was friendly and of course the water park was great. My only complaint was the bed was lumpy, which made my husband (disabled vet) uncomfortable. The mattress was firm/soft but a little worn. Another complaint was we were in an ADA room but the master toilet was very, very low. Again, uncomfortable for my husband. It was actually almost too low for me and I'm 5'2". There were no bars in the shower either, so I had to stand there with him to help him get in and out. Overall, we had a good time and would still recommend to family and friends."

"Nice Waterpark for the kids. One part was covered and another larger one was uncovered. There was also a separate area with just a pool. A nice breakfast buffet was included. Our room was a little small for 5 people. The bathroom was super tiny. It was pretty basic for a hotel room but overall it was fine (looked recently updated) and we made it work. One thing to note is the shower head was leaking and sprayed water everywhere in the bathroom. The plaster on age ceiling was falling on us while we showered due to the loose shower head probably spraying other guests for awhile. My husband ended up being able to fix it. I also needed to print something for a reservation and the front desk was able to print it doe me. Very accommodating! have been in better resorts but overall, the resort was pretty good."

"My daughters and I came from Canada for a concert and stayed 5 nights. We loved the resort so much that we are already planning to go back! Everything was perfect. The villa was great, very clean and had everything we beeded. The resort itself has lots of dining options and other amenities. The location was also fantastic! They can be a little busy/hard to reach by phone at times. Zero complaints though! Can't wait til the next stay!"
