「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「We had a very pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean and the bed was fairly comfortable, maybe a bit too firm for me. The bedding was high quality. We had a view of the lake from our room. We went for a swim in the pool, which is open until 11 pm. Very relaxing. The breakfast had many hot and cold choices. The area was kept very clean and there was a lot of seating. There is a bar on-site that looked good and had a pool table but we didn’t go inside.」

「The staff was very professional and clam even though helping a line of people. Room is clean, bed is comfortable upgraded. Connected room is convenient for my children to stay near The only thing didn't work was the air conditioner that comes with fan and no way to turn it off without turning of the air conditioner. 」

「The front desk staff and valet staff were very informative and friendly. The restaurant, Dott Boss, offers incredible meals. In fact, I will definitely have to come back just for the banana bread French toast! The staff in the restaurant truly were so lovely. The brown sugar lattes will forever live rent free in my head. The proximity to the KC Streetcar is a real boon as well!」
