「The staff were excellent. Unable to link movie apps from my phone. Staff tried to help, unsuccessfully. Pool was closed. Phone had extremely low volume and the staff and I couldn’t hear each other. After checkout $80 had been changed in addition to the amount charged at checkout. I called and told it was customary and would be refunded if I didn’t have a bar bill or damage to my room. I have to wait 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous!」
