The staff, especially the english speaking lady, are 100% helpful, on any issues, even after you check out. I'll be back!"

"We stayed only for one night but everything met our expectations. Staff was nice but don't speak English at all- we used translator. The room was nice and the same as on the photos. Breakfast was unfortunately only Chinese, so we get noodles which we are not used to. Hotel has very good location because everything is near but it is located in the quiet area. I don't know if the bar on the other side of the hotel is connected to the hotel but there were everything extremely overpriced. However...

"The hotel's English name does not match the local name (PinYing). It's difficult to find. Suggest to add Chinese name on the booking. "

"First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel....
