「Rooms are clean and staff is very present on site. The rooms are a tad dated with the bathroom and kitchen area but that’s to be expected in an older beach town. The location is key if you have kids. It’s right on the beach with a short walk between the grass to get to your setup. Great for bathroom breaks and grabbing snacks from your room. 「The property was nice and the amenities were good. I would warn that the walls and floors are thin and you can hear everything. This hotel is filled with kids and families so we could hear kids running down the hall, the people above us walking at all hours of the night so we didn't get the most restful sleep while there. Otherwise, it is a good value.」

「This is a very convenient location for Ogunquit. We were greeted by a knowledgeable and upbeat youn lady upon arrival. The room was a bit musty and the AC wasn't working well.」

Having the ability to use the sister property across the road was wonderful, outdoor seating was great. the best breakfast spread (toast bar, fruit, yogurt, etc). Just a short walk to downtown full of shops & restaurants. We would highly recommend.」
