「They had no breakfast rooms old run down ice machines not working on no floors hot water wasn’t working our first day there no help from staff to rectify the problem the bed was comfortable that’s it no face towels no house keeping no management and staff not helpful with concerns I will not stay here again」

「I enjoyed my stay overall. Breakfast buffet was good..loved fresh omelets. The room did not have a refrigerator and front desk associate barely looked up from her phone to state there were no extra ones to bring. The pool area was full of kids which was fine, but no one else could enjoy the pool plus the kids kept the floor outside elevators soaking wet..causing a fall hazard. Hotel should have something for them to dry their feet before leaving the pool area. Food at Ruth Chris was good..great...

The pillows were flat and when I asked for more pillows the night clerk told me they did not have any but that I could use some towels and a blanket instead (that I would have to come down and get).
