When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait 20 min before they came back and we could check into our room. We were in town for an event so we left shortly after checking by in and came back by 8. We took our kids to the pool and as we were walking in there was a group of kids running out. They warned us that there were adults just outside the pool windows who were smoking and saying scary things to them so they were scared. There was a group of 5 young adults who came in from smoking weed and made sexual comments in front of another guest who had her young children with her. After they left we went to swim in the pool until we saw that it had a green/brown tint to it. We left and informed the front desk of the condition of the pool and the adults who were scaring other guests including children. His response was that he had already been dealing with them and showed his frustration but said he didn’t want to escalate the situation be involving the police so he was hoping they’d just go to bed. In the morning, the breakfast was very unorganized and the waffle machine only worked some of the time. When we left we asked for the manager and we were told he would be in at 1pm. Apparently the manager is only there for 2 hours or less out of the day because when we called later that afternoon they said he was not in. No one was willing to correct any issues during or after our stay and we will not be back.
