We arrived in Zermatt by train, and the hotel provided free transportation from the train station. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

It’s my fourth stay at CERVO and I’ll be back! The breakfast isn’t as extensive as was originally, but you can still order a wide variety of hot dishes and I found the breakfast staff very attentive, and the evening staff perhaps understaffed?

Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.
