Had the most amazing stay at our time at the beautiful hotel. Our room was so clean and big and had a wonderful balcony. The staff are all so incredibly welcoming and Tiago who picked us up from the station was so nice. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Zermatt - Ps the hotel is in a fantastic location just a 5 minute walk into town.

The room, the breakfast, the location and the service were all excellent. My room did not have a balcony or a view of the mountain, but I have seen plenty of mountains. Besides, if I wanted to look at the mountain, one of the best viewpoints was only a short walk away at Kirchbrucke.

We enjoyed our stay. The front staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with so many options. The rooms were beautiful and nicely kept. Actually, the whole hotel was. I would definitely stay here again.

We were picked up very quickly by staff at the train station and given lots of pertinent information. Zermatt is a beautiful tourist town and Hotel Jagerhof was a lovely representation of a modern hotel. I would highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and the staff was so nice. The breakfast had wonderful choices. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and everything seemed home made. The shuttle pick up at the train was very helpful too.

Quiet location only 5 minute walk to most restaurants and stores. Great variety for breakfast. Hotel transportation available to and from train. Friendly staff. Only negative is carpet in room needs a cleaning.

Hotel room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We had a lovely mountain view. Breakfast had lots of options and food was replenished often. Staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly too so no wait for tables even when breakfast was busy. We used shuttle to and from train station and drivers were excellent and informative.

Great location!!! If it’s available I recommend you reserve a room with a view of the Matterhorn, as well as, include breakfast. Loved being able to walk to everything. Cable cars, restaurants, shopping, train station all within a short distance. Our room was great. The staff was incredible.
