"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"5/5 ⭐️ This hotel has SO much charm! I cannot recommend it enough. It quickly became one of my new favorite hotels, and I honestly can’t wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, you truly can’t beat it. One of my favorite touches was their small electric transport service that can pick you up and drop you off at the train station, so you don’t have to drag your luggage through town. Such a thoughtful and convenient amenity! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I believe Rachel was the one who helped us at the front desk, and I wish I remembered everyone’s names because they all deserve a shoutout. The hospitality was exceptional. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Between the charm, location, incredible staff, and overall experience, this hotel was a highlight of our Switzerland trip. I absolutely cannot wait to come back! ❤️"
