「Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!」

「Perfect Location」

「The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, the restaurant was excellent all around, and the welcoming by the staff was unprecedented. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here the Matterhorn is visible of course. Met the 5 stars that they hold.」

「I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat...

「Good room and service …….」
