Stay here! This property is fantastic! It’s located right in the center of town but on a quiet street all to yourself. Views of the Matterhorn are perfect right next to the church down a pretty street. Tim, Ruben, and Georgie were so helpful and hospitable. It’s a small property so you feel really taken care of, and they have great recommendations and tips for the town! The breakfast was phenomenal each morning with great fresh meats and cheeses and a fresh omelet from Georgie. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We loved the spa downstairs with 2 saunas, a steam room and relaxation suite. I’ve traveled to many hotels and I’d put this one up against any. If you want to relax and be taken care of stay here!

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It's easily walkable to all major attractions in Zermatt, at least in summer when I visited. There is no AC, but leaving a window open was comfortable in early September.

One of cleanest hotels ever! Nicest host. Treats every guest with respect regardless of nationality or ethnicity. Friendly, but not intrusive. Every request for an iron or ice was handled ASAP. Tim, Marie?& Ruth were great. Best location. Loved the serenity & peace that seemed to attract quiet like-minded couples such as us. Buffet was small but, good & made to order omelette/eggs. Fruit available all day. Nice views even in rear rooms ( loved watching locals tend to their vegetable garden & mountain view)

This property is amazing! Beautiful in every way. The room was very well equipped and spotless clean. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. I couldn’t imagine having a better experience anywhere else in Zermatt. Of the four hotels we visited in Switzerland, this hotel is far superior to any of the others. My only wish is thst i could have stayed there longer!
