「Everything was great about our first stay here. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, minus Nicholas, he seems bothered when you asked him a question and just down right miserable. 」

「I thought it was a great stay until after I left they tried to charge my card 3different times, 3 different prices until the final one went through. accused me of smoking in the room. I said smelling like smoke after smoking in the car and then going to the room to sleep is not the same as smoking in the room and we passed the lobby every time to prove going outside. They Didn’t put those charges on the receipt they emailed me. I’ve called twice with promises of being reached back out to by...

「The property itself was great. The staff was just not knowledgeable and could not help me but also could not give me the number of someone who could help me. From the experience of the girl at the front desk being rude and unhelpful we will not be back for the reason alone. Plus they also couldnt refund, give credit, or points for having to leave early due to the snow storm that was happening while we were there. If we stayed we would have had to add more nights because we would have been snowed...

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

「We stayed for only 4-5 hours, left before 3 AM to stay ahead of a storm. The hotel was easy to locate and it was easy to park our moving truck. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the medium size refrigerator that had a freezing compartment. Staff was friendly and efficient. 」

「Bad Had to wait in lobby for 35min the front desk person was out it smelled like weed in the lobby and couches were dirty 」

「Our reservation was canceled less than 24 hours before we were going despite them sending a confirmation email the night before. I wasn’t notified by the hotel, only Expedia. When I called, a manager was supposed to call back, 4 hours later I called again. Manager never called. Exact same thing happened to my brother’s family. Terrible customer service!!!」
