「The location isn’t really convenient. Whenever we take a cab back, the driver would drive all the way down the road and make a U-turn back to drop us off. There’s not too many stores downstairs. 「The staff is very friendly. I love the free beverages and snacks from 1980s. The decorations give you an old time flavor, but the facilities are very modern. The location is super good, very close to Xihu (West Lake). I really enjoyed staying there.」

「The place I'm staying is really cozy, and the small yard looks nice. They even have a super cute dog. The hotel's surrounded by tea fields - the scenery is breathtaking and it's so tranquil. Had a great trip and hope to come back sometime.」

「First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly.」

「房間乾淨，窗外美景民宿服務人員也超好，會提醒入住細節早上的餐點還能選擇，有中西式，好吃也睡得舒服距離西湖也不遠，打車很方便，下次會想再次造訪」

「It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.」
