"Loft room was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and modern. Great to unwind with the family after a long day of walking around West Lake. The location isn’t the best for access to the lake. Breakfast and lounge were also really great. Would recommend if you plan on staying several days. "

Whether it was handling requests efficiently, offering helpful local tips, or simply checking in to make sure my stay was comfortable, Isabella made a lasting impression. Her attitude and dedication reflect incredibly well on the hotel, and she turned what could have been a standard stay into a memorable one. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-managed, but it was the human touch—especially Isabella’s—that really elevated the experience.
