My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. "Hotel gave us a room that’s many grades below the villa that we ordered and fully prepaid for without letting us know until we found out two nights into our week stay. Arranging to move to the right room and refund took a long time. Not helpful"
