Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters.

古樸典雅，食的玩的都好

古樸典雅，房間整潔度高。裏面有一家中餐廳是吃杭州菜的，雖然價錢較高，但味道是一流的，很值得一試。最值得去的是河內道氾舟，風景優美自然，鳥鳴不絕。遊河內道記得要提前跟酒店人員預定，頗滿的。

Excellent Hotel Environment

The hotel environment is excellent and provides a very good GangNam feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the villa room interior layout is not that user-friendly. For example, the TV is behind the long sofa bench.

Nice Hotel

Nice hotel. Front office staff was excellent but restaurant staff needs training. Some sour faced and don’t make you feel welcome. Hotel needs upgrading, lots of taps in jacuzzi and swimming pool not functioning. Sheraton which is right opposite and 1/3 the price is probably a better choice. Banyan needs to do something to prove it’s worthy of the price premium it charges!

My wife and I stayed there to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. Staffs there is very friendly and helpful. They offer many different services and recommendations before I ask. Very nice experience to stay in Hangzhou Banyeen Tree. The environment around the hotel is very relaxing and quite. The only thing that I don't like is there is only one restaurant inside the hotel; however, there are few just 10 mins away from the hotel and many different around within 1 to 2 kilometres. From the hotel to West Lake is only 20 kilometers by taxi which only cost ¥40. I think it is quite convenience as hotel can help to get a taxi.

Disappointing service

The hotel staff was very impolite and rude. They even don't help us get a cab to the Westlake. They were very impatient when we asked questions and I won't definitely come to Banyan tree Hangzhou again

Great weekend away

The hotel and its grounds were lovely and a good setting to relax. The dining staff went out of their way to accommodate my husband's birthday. The meals were only fair, however, and they were out of some basic items. The room was overall comfortable and beautiful, but we needed to contact the staff several times to fix the air conditioning and the room safe didn't work. The benefits far outweigh these things and we would happily return.

반얀트리 항저우는 중국을 제대로 즐기고 싶다면 강추하는 곳입니다. 중국 갑부가 된 듯한 착각이 드는 곳입니다. 조식은 보통입니다. 종류가 많지 않습니다. 주변에 식당이 없으니 리조트 안에서 해결해야 됩니다. 직원들은 친절하고 전반적으로 럭셔리하며 만족스럽습니다. 정원이 너무 예쁩니다. 서호근처에서 택시타고가면 60위안 정도 나옵니다.

整體設計令人舒適，庭園景觀與西溪濕地自然結合，餐廳提供的餐飲性價比合理，口味不錯。但是位處濕地，蚊蟲孳生，服務員也沒有在入住時提醒房內有蚊蟲液，以致半夜被蚊子叮咬，臉部，腳上全是蚊子叮的紅斑，留下遺憾!

環境非常清幽的渡假酒店，客房相當寬敞，但跟三亞悅榕庄比起來還是算小，很喜歡露台空間，不怕蚊蟲的話是可以發懶一下午的，但整體設計應該可以再古色古香一點。官網上寫提供酒精以外的免費迷你吧，但實際上被告知都是要付費的，資訊應該要改一下 早餐樣式不算太多，但中式餐點大致上是好吃的，西式的就不太行 服務還算熱情親切，但退房那天明明有被允許延遲退房了，門卡卻刷不過，還得大老遠走回前台重新設定，第一次遇到這樣的情形，覺得不是太貼心 泳池開放的時間也太晚，終於有空游的時候卻還在清理，建議早點開放吧，10:00-22:00之間人都在外頭玩呢，可惜了沒辦法好好享受設施 另外酒店位置太偏，在市中心打車常常被拒絕，千萬別太晚回飯店

It's wonderful.남편의 생일을 항주 반얀트리에서 맞았다. 직원들의 서비스태도에 감동받았고, 항주라는 곳을 잊지 못하게 되었다. 반얀트리는 그야말로 작은 항주이다. 호텔 객실상태, 서비스 모두가 너무나 훌륭했으며, 자연그대로 노출되어있는 정원은 보는 것 자체만으로도 힐링이 되었다. 내년에는 아이와 부모님과 다시 찾을 생각이다. Lucy, 真谢谢你！！！

Hotel in beautiful natural setting

The hotel is set in a beautiful natural environment with classic architecture and Chinese culture. The water villa we stayed in overlooks the scenic lake. The cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing for the standard that Banyan Tree promised as there is a musky smell in the room.

very tranquil area.The hotel has a really nice set up and even though there were minor mistakes staff is friendly as possible. Though A bit overpriced, villas have high ceilings and nice design but not too much of a privacy on your balcony.
