「Hotel gave us a room that’s many grades below the villa that we ordered and fully prepaid for without letting us know until we found out two nights into our week stay. Arranging to move to the right room and refund took a long time. Not helpful」

「Second time staying here and it was excellent as usual. 」

「The room was extremely old and dirty. The toilet didn’t work properly and it got clogged and the janitor was unable to unclog it. We had to change rooms and the hotel staffs were unhelpful, they told us to use another room down the hall as they had no other solutions for us. We asked for the manager but he didn’t give us a follow up report. It was extremely dirty and it was very isolated from everywhere」
